Linus Pauling: A Centenary Exhibit

Bird's Eye View of Oregon Agricultural College

1914

Bird's Eye View of Oregon Agricultural College
When Pauling arrived at OAC in the fall of 1917, the campus was in the midst of a construction boom. This view shows how the campus would have looked just a few years before Pauling's arrival. Buildings not included in this image that were built by the time Pauling graduated included the Forestry Building (Moreland Hall), the Men's Gymnasium (Langton Hall), the Library (Kidder Hall), Home Economics (Milam Hall) and the Engineering lab (Graft Hall).
